Due to the unique and original nature of artwork and print on demand, all sales from SarahBrice.Art are final. I encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing the sale.

  • All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

  • Condition of Artwork: All pieces are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Customer Satisfaction: If you have any questions or concerns about a piece before purchasing, please contact me at sarahbriceart@gmail.com for more information or additional photos.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact me at sarahbriceart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the damage. I will work with you to find an acceptable resolution.

Shipping Policy.

I offer free shipping on all orders.

  • For Original Art Orders: Your order will be shipped once your piece is varnished, dried and wired. This typically takes less than 10 business days. If there is an exception, such as wet paint, I will contact you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. I most often use UPS which offers 3-5 day shipping to most destinations.

  • For Merchandise Orders: I use Printful for my on demand partner. Printful’s shipping policy involves a 2-7 day fulfillment process followed by shipment, with typical shipping times of 3-4 business days for domestic orders. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
